  2. I'm not sure what their recipe means, but if you're ok with eating it, I recommend the whole thing (seeded first of course). The rind is VERY good for you, and lemon rind isn't even close to as bitter as anything else with rind. ��

  7. You don’t get the full story on this. But if it says to use this much of these things I would think it’s safe to assume you drink it all. You have to drink it twice a week.

  8. Also it says not to eat heavy meals. To drink lots of water. So I would think you would have to drink it all and the water helps flush out the toxins.

  13. Hi, I take this drink first thing when I get up in the morning.
    The amount I drink is times the recipe by 2 and divide by 7.
    I get up at 7am and by 9.30am I have my normal breakfast.
    I eat lunch around 1.30pm and dinner by 6pm.
    Only fruit or nuts after that.
    I feel Great!

  15. Don't believe 100% of what you read......Health problem this person (Roberta) is having is not posdible to be cured in 3 days.....
    The only way you can lose weight is you cut your caloric intake sugar and fat....your body needs water daily to leech toxins from your body made fro. what you eat....if you bad things; anything not reasonable say too much meat, cheese, bread, sugar, starch, etc, your lrvel of toxins makes your body acidic (high PH). It all about balance....eat some and rich greens to nuetralize your acid....nothing happens in 3 days....Lemon or lime is great for your body's overal being...Kidney function improves with citric in water. Celery, parsley are good but most good greens are good..
    Try to add turmeric, clove, a bit of garlic, a shot of vinegar daily, and ginger with some chili if you can tolerate and see the changes began in you. So cut bad habits, sleep better, add exercise, reduce your stress, eat less and fast once a week (work your way to 1 day fasting per week) the changes in you....
    All this would develop say in a diet of 40 days to six months....so 3 days is, somebody said, bullshit. People write just to write....no sense here....
    anyways, I can write a book here but leave at that....
    P.S......Lemon peel a little to eat is okay but do not eat a lot of it.
